Our charges will be a fixed fee between £785 and £1,885 plus VAT, depending on the sale price of the property. A typical property would be towards the lower end of this bracket. The total price paid by you, including our fees, VAT, costs and taxes for conveying a property range from £984 - £2,304 for a sale.

How long will my house sale take?

How long it will take from you accepting an offer until you can move out of your house will depend on a number of factors. The average process takes between 8 to 10 weeks. It can be quicker or slower, depending on the parties in the chain.

For example, if you are selling to a first-time buyer, with a mortgage in principle, or a purchaser who requires no mortgage it could take 8 weeks. However, if you are selling a leasehold property that requires negotiations regarding an extension of the lease, this can take significantly longer, between 3 and 4 months. In such, a situation additional charges would apply.
